We have in house manufacturing and a highly qualified team with many years of experience in the metal finishing and associated industries.
Michael King
(Managing Director, Engineering and Sales)
Co-founder of Emjay Process Systems with over 30 years experience in the metal finishing and associated industries. Michael has an Engineering background and oversees all engineering and designs.
John Ten Berge
(Electrical and Burner Design)
John has over 20 years experience in the burner and electrical industry. Before joining Emjay 5 years ago John was employed as a technician by Prior Industries, the major supplier of Weishaupt burners to Emjay.
Tom Harris
(Engineer)
Tom has over 40 years experience in the metal finishing industries and is responsible for the design of all systems. Before joining Emjay, Tom was employed for 10 years as an Engineer for ITW Gema, the major application equipment supplier to Emjay.
Charles Petri (Installation Manager)
Charles is a competent tradesman with over 15 years experience in the metal finishing industries. Charles has been employed by Emjay for over 10 years and is responsible for the installation of our systems throughout Australia and Asia.
Trevor Boe
(Manager of EPS Sheet Metal)
Trevor is the manager of Emjay manufacturing (EPS Sheet Metal) and is responsible for the fabrication of Emjay equipment. Trevor has had vast experience in the fabrication and Sheet Metal industry for over 35 years.
Emjay Process Systems and its fabrication workshop (EPS Sheet Metal) employ over 25 people. Emjay has three service vehicles with trained staff to respond to any problem that may arise, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
